Katie joined NW Eyelid in July 2013. She began working in customer service throughout high school and has been in the medical field for 3 years. During this time, Katie has learned and greatly enjoys working with insurances, surgery authorizations and the steps it takes for handling any billing and insurance issues. Katie is a friendly and welcoming face to patients and coworkers. She was born and raised and currently lives south of Spokane. In her spare time, she loves being outdoors and traveling with friends and family.
