Cassie was born and raised in Spokane as well as Federal Way, WA. She has more than 20 years of customer service experience. She has spent the last 8 years assisting patients within the Spokane community in the medical field. Cassie joined NW Eyelid in December 2010. Patients get the opportunity to know Cassie as she assists Dr. Michels in rooming and in office procedures. Cassie enjoys spending as much time as she can with her husband, two children and the rest of her family and friends, enjoying the beauty of the Inland Northwest by boating, hiking, or bicycling and rollerblading the Centennial Trail.
